(ELS) Disable default Wail horn in normal siren operation in ELS?

Hi,

 

Long story short, I'm modding a fedsig SS2000 siren for use with LCPDFR and ELS. My idea is to have a normal wail sound during normal siren operation, but when the user wants to manually sound the wail, it will be a rumbler wail siren. 

 

I know that you can disable/enable the yelp, al1, and alt2 sirens, but there doesn't seem to be an option in the default_config.ini anywhere to disable the wail?

 

Any ideas?
