Hi, I have recently installed LCPDFR after a complete restore. I have looked at plenty of other forums but they have seem no help to me. I have played LCPDFR 1.0 before I restored my PC. I do not see what is going on now. I really like LCPDFR and I really want help. I also tried installing manually.

 

If any help. I have a Windows 8.

 

 

Do you have a legal, up to date version of GTA IV? 

Yes

Are you running said copy as administrator? Do you have DSOUND or XLIVE in your GTA IV root directory? 

I am running GTA IV by right clicking on Launch GTA IV as administrator and I have DSOUND in my directory.

And then run the game as administrator by going to the GTA IV folder, right clicking on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', and also doing the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

 

I am going to try to run it as admin.

Sorry gone for a while, but I figured out that if I wipeout GTA IV and then install 0.95. Run the diagnose tool. Reinstall 1.0a It works for some reason. MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE 0.95 BEFORE RUNNING 1.0!

So, now you are running 0.95RC2 and 1.0 together? That's not a good idea...

No no no, I removed 0.95 before I reinstalled 1.0a.

Are This LCPDFR Will works only if The GTA IV is Original ? :3

I Was already install the LCPDFR in my GTA IV Root folders, and all files is fine (complete)

but after installation complete it says "couldn't find GTAIV.exe"

 

How to fix ? :/

Do you mean you have to have a legal copy of the game, if so. Yes, you do.
