Because my PC has a windows 8 32bit. and the installer says I can't uncheck visual c++ 64bit thingy.

    No, it is still possible to use LCPDFR on a x86 version of Windows if you use the manual installation package of LCPDFR, and install the x86 equivalent of the redist.
