anyone have any ideas why all the sudden my game crashes when I spawn a vehicle with the trainer? It was working fine last night when I played and all the sudden it started crashing.   

 

Vehicles were working fine and did not change anything between last night and today.

This will be a save problem either with the trainer or your actual save game.

What I would recommend doing is either remove the trainer or the car mod, re-run the game to make sure it works ok and then re-install the trainer or car mod.

 

If that doesn't work then uninstall any other car mods you have, revert back to the default files and try the trainer again.
