lcpdfr keeps crahsing yes 1.0 i think its because of the french tom appointment thing also im annoyed because it randomly crashes im getting sick of this is there gonna be another patch?

that french tom appointment is on sleep mode and it refuses to stay off it says the appointment is on when its on sleep mode and it crashes the phone on the game thats prob whats fucjing up the game but i am unable to use the phone after some peroid during the game

I would suggest you using another save, or advancing past that place in the main story to get LCPDFR to work. This is not something that the LCPDFR Developers can fix, since it is not a LCPDFR error per say.

You could also delete your save files, but I guess you do not want that.

it doesnt matter i will try it i think thats whats causing the trouble which is a nusance thanks ill let yhou know  sorry about the typos im really far awy from my screen hence the reason why i use a magnifier to see my tpe lol

Lol, you don't want to get... I don't know... closer to the screen? :p

If you want to delete your savefiles, they are located in 2 different places.

Namely:

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.

Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

Although this sounds like a GTA IV issue more than an LCPDFR issue, some logs of what's happening would be good to have.  Remember that modding IV reduces stability drastically, especially with 1.0 as it uses more memory than .95 did.  Some systems aren't bothered by this, and some are.

Since your original question was about whether or not there was another patch, I'm not sure if we know yet.  1.0a fixed most, if not all, of the bugs in 1.0.  However it wasn't designed to stop the random crashes (except for when they were caused by LCPDFR) because those random crashes are errors with GTA IV.

Since this was supposed to be a discussion thread, I'll move this to LCPDFR discussion.  If you still think there's an error with LCPDFR causing this, the LCPDFR Support Request forum is where you should make your thread.  You should include the necessary logs as well.  Please use only the LCPDFR support forum for obtaining support for the mod.

Just make a new save leaving your old one intact, play past the first mission (where you pick a drunk roman up and head to his place), go outside so you dont get spammed by the 'you can park your car here' prompt, then save the game.

After that, just run LCPD, by that point in the story you wont technically have a phone so dont have to worry about getting hassled.
