Random Crashing

Featured Replies

I've just installed a new copy of GTA 4, and modded it slightly. I've only installed a few cars, Simple Native Trainer, and ELS. The game is fairly unstable. I can only play for max 10 mins before it will crash. Random events seem to trigger it, but I'm pretty sure LCPDFR is causing it.

I'll be attaching all the necessary logs as well as a few of my own that make me think this.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The eventlog.txt is multiple crashes I've found in event viewer.

The crashes occured randomly. At one point I was driving, at another point I was in a pursuit and just hit another vehicle.

I have fun at 18000 revolutions per minute.

First off, do you have a legal copy of the game? :)

Of course. Bought the game on steam.

I'm running it through Steam. I don't think admin right would be necessary as it's an intermittent issue, which appears randomly. I'd figure if it was an admin rights issue, it would either work or wouldn't.
