The new car has a whelen liberty on it while the 2nd car has a Code 3 21TR on it. I don't see why the 2nd cannot be made. But the 1st one is going to be a bitch, as only a select few have a 2013 taurus unlocked. I do have one and I might make it if I feel up to it.

I don't know if this matters but: http://www.gta4-mods.com/textures/columbus-ohio-police-car-f22277 and I think someone might be able to modify the lightbar (if it's unlocked)

Columbus has requested a new skin from their cars, the skin you have are outdated, now I can make the new ones my self its just quicker for someone else. A detective of CPD request a lot of people to do patrols in lcpdfr and lspdfr, he thought it was really cool so if you like, you are allowed to use their skins, it is public access.
