After the release of version 1.0, there was an issue related to "AdvancedHookInit.asi" and the way it loaded the "Taser" into the game.  We were advised to delete the file and manually install the "Taser" into the games file settings (files in the folder "commondata").

 

My question is with the hotfix 1.0a, there was a new "AdvancedHookInit.asi".  Are we to assume that the manual "Taser" install is no longer needed?  Is there any harm in not using "AdvancedHookInit.asi"?

It should work just fine, just skip using that file if you want the manual taser to work. You can, however use it and see if it works this time around.
