Hi there,

I am currently working on a pack for the dubai police, ems , fire and am seeking some help. I can easily do the textures however I am hoping that somone can help my to replace some vehicles lightbars ect.....

I can try to help you with the EMS & Fire textures, however I know nothing about how to "create" or mod vehicles.

 

I wish you best of luck with this pack, and it's going to be really interesting to see how this pack tuns out. Dubai have some of the most unique police vehicles you'll ever see and it's going to be interesting to see them in GTA IV.
