ANPR question

Featured Replies

Hi!
So I'm just learning how to use the ANPR system, easy enough, but once i find a parked vehicle, it tells me to get out and stand close to it and press "E" and send information to Control, but what after this? If it's a stolen vehicle? Or unpaid fines? and so on. What do I do?
And also, after i stop and arrest a driver who tried to get away, what do i do with the vehicle? Since it's still a red marker above it.

Thanks in advance.

That depends on if you like other mods for roleplay or not.
If you don't want other mods, call it into dispatch and wait a few seconds, the red marker will go and all will be fine, or if you just drive away after calling it in the marker will disappear on its own.

If you do like using other mods you could for example use a vehicle search script to search the car, or you could do what I do and use Abraxas' tow service script and have a pickup come and remove the car.

hope this helps. :)

and in case the driver you tried to arrest had a "nasty accident"   you can call the >coroner (also from Abraxas) and if you like to have it convenient you can call them with a kind of smartphone device which is provided by the >police helper mod.
