Is your game a legal copy of the game? Are you running the game as administrator? Did you use the automatic or manual installer?

- Yes legal copy

- Yes running as administrator (and even disabled uac)

- I used manuel installer. all files in place.

And it is always crashing when in that specific area? Using any mods?

Always in that area when I want to arrest someone..

Somethimes in other areas to but not so common.

I use policehelper

els

and a car mod...

but even if I remove the mods and play the game it still has same problem

I included the log files in my first post

I'd say it's a fault with GTA IV, and not LCPDFR. Do you by any chance run the game from Steam?

Nope I don't run the game from steam...

the log files are also included in first post

What operating system are you using? You may want to set the compability settings to Windows Vista SP1 and check the "Run as Admin" flag.

it's a windows 8.. I allready done that..

I had no problems before the hotfix and when I putted the new hook files from here.

Sure, I'll be here.

Completely reinstalled GTA IV evertything goes good.

installed car package and trainer (to make sur it ain't the car package that gives the error: everything goes good.

I install LCPDFR 1.0a.

Always after an arrest when going to my car or entering the car.. (while I let another unit pickup the suspect) I get the same crash

the text in red is in every error the same.

I did some research and somehow the advanced hook often relies to a memory adress that doesn't exist. or a scripting error in an adress somewhere.

Because I can't really find a dumpfile created by gta I can't see where exactly it is..

I've seen that error quite a bit, not really sure why nor what could be causing it. Could you try installing these?

Done it.. tested it... still same error..

I think I narrowed it further down.. it's always when I let another car pickup the suspect I arrested.

I looked up that error code, and according to Sam it is just a general windows error code, and well it frankly doesn't tell us much. Does it still crash if you create a new game?

Created new game.. still same thing.

Now I'm sure of something.

If I drive the suspect myself to the police station it works.

If I call another unit to transport the prisoner 9 out of 10 thimes I get the crash.

So I'm guessing it has to do with that part of the script

Edit: and it is all over the map

Edited by Darkofficer

Well, it could just be a general GTA IV crash and nothing to do with LCPDFR. GTA IV is unstable as it is. I'm not really sure what else I could do to solve this issue sadly.

Then why I didn't had problems in the old version and before the fix
