I was setup in my spot and was watching the traffic, the 2 taxis came down and once they passed me, I saw the second one was clearly too close to the first, otherwise known as tailgating.

A friendly word of advice, never use YouTube's "recommendation" for fixing "shaky" or "dark" videos, it really only messes the video up.
