I'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with you being in multiplayer, with car mods, and an ENB that makes everything look like it's made out of LEGOs.

It looks like it's built out of LEGOs. All the colors are really saturated, there is no sense of bump mapping on the textures and the draw distance is non-existent. It's unique, I'll give you that. But anyway, I'd guess it's most likely a car mod crash. That's what most of mine are.
