ELS MAPPING

Featured Replies

Ok so I am not sure if people like or wont like what I am talking about but I need some help. I have been using Zmodeler 2.2.6 for the past month and I have gotten pretty good at adding files, making wig-wags, etc. But today I ran into the problem where 3 of my files had a .png file named emerglights_emis.png and all three of them are supposed to look different. Do not quote me but I believe I am having this problem because the files I am using are already ELS mapped. I want to know if there is anyway I can re-map the files so that they use the .png file that fits that specific bar. I would like to learn how to map ELS and then eventually I want to try to convert an actual model over from another game but I have to start somewhere. So what I am asking again is if it is a ELS mapping issue and if it can be fixed. If someone could help that would be great! I want to better my skills in the modding world. Thanks!

You'll have to rename them so that each file has a different name.

Then, in the material for each different one, you'll have to change the emerglights_emis texture to the renamed version of it.

Sarcasm? Or are you genuinely confused?

Ok awesome! I am going to try that in about 10 minutes. I appreciate all the help! I learn new stuff on Zmodeler every day and hopefully soon I start making my own models. That is my next goal!
