Keep getting this error went to over 5 different topics and so far no fix has helped me...

12 hours im not very happy..

Im running Windows Vista 32bit... 

 

I have tried the C++ 2012 x86

I have tried reinstalling 4 times...

I have tried making sure my Firewall was off

Any help would be amazing thanks...

 

 

Also this is not the old AdvancedHook and Scripthook.dll the ones i have downloaded are from the manual archive.

That worked great now it wont let me log into social club to play online... keeps saying social club login failed..

Don't worry, none of my friends can sign into it. It's r*s fault, not yours.

Oh ok good... dang R* -.- anyhow it works now and Social Club let me log in!!  so this is solved thanks!!
