It's not released yet, according to the original post on another website the model was given to ManekiNeko to "help the author". 

I know exactly the status of this model, as I am working on a version as well. This pic was taken by 1 of the 3 that have it and the user above listed is indeed the picture taker. Release will be soon, but wont be on GPM, or here either unfortunately.

You can buy the 3d model on humster3d and convert it.

Aren't you not allowed to use Humster3D models and release them?

It is released but in another website.
