Hello,
I have problem but not very serious
When I catch suspect but not arrest him, and near me is Police Officer(backup or random) and after he arrest him no Prison transport  is coming also after 1 min suspect teleports to random place and when I went to him I can't do nothing(can't call prison transport or even holding E or press e nothing happens) expect kill him. Also in console flooding

Also when I arrest random ped, sometimes prison transport are not coming even if I try not only one time, and if I take him to Police Department also nothing happens none taking him.

    Your suspect transporter is being disposed for some reason, most likely another mod (like a traffic mod, ELS, whatsoever) is deleting it the moment it is created.

    Me too I get that error with a clean copy of GTA without mods!
