Everytime I get to the area (pictured) of the installer wizard for LCPDFR 1.0, it says (pictured).

 

I cannot understand what I am doing wrong. I installed EVERY thing that it asked to installed and declined when one said "There was a newer version of this software."

 

Please help me!

    I tried the manual, it loads the game, then it says that LCPDFR had a critical error.

     

    Also, I installed all of those using the automatic installer.
