Non-ELS vs EVCS beta 0.2

Post stuff like this in the GTA IV section, it's not LCPDFR related.

Moved.

I am working with Grady via PM's to get more EVCS cars out there. Just waiting on some more feedback from him, but you should see some OPP units come out soon enough. EVCS is great and I would recommend that you use it. Non ELS is alright, but your options for light modes are limited to just a siren. You can't stably use just the LCPDFR lights in MP yet to my knowledge without other players hearing your siren.

I'm currently using EVCS. I haven't gotten a chance yet to test drive 0.2 in a full patrol but from what I used in 0.1 I was super pleased with it (more so after being able to detain people in my car). Granted there is only two cars, with only one being active at a time, I still think it's plenty to have fun with.

You can also change liveries without a trainer, which I really appreciated. Little junk like that goes a long way for me.
