LCPDFR 1.0 - Calling in backup crashes GTA. (Logs posted)

The only thing seeming to crash my game now is calling in backup with ALT + B or ALT + N. The dispatch goes through with saying an officer needs assistance, and right before it finishes the game freezes, then "Grand theft auto IV has stopped working". Thats the only thing seeming to cause the crash right now.

 

Logs attached (Whatever logs I posted were the only ones that were in my folder after crashing), hopefully theres something that can be done. What used to fix this in 0.95 was setting PreLoadAllModels = true

 

however thats no longer in the .ini

Anything? Its only when I call in backup.
