LCPD:FR 1.0 Constant Random Crashes

Hello, I am experiencing constant crashes with LCPDFR 1.0. It seems to be when I am choosing a police vehicle, soon after I have chosen it, or a little while later while on a call or traffic stop. I never seem to go more than 10 minutes without being ejected back to my homepage with a "GTA IV Has Stopped Working" message. Here are my logs:

Are you using modded cars? Legal copy of the game?

Yes, I have a legal copy, and every police vehicle slot is modded. However, I usually make it past the vehicle selection; it tends to crash during a traffic stop, car chase, etc., especially when I'm interacting with criminals. I still might try a clean vehicles.img and reinstall cars one-by-one just to be sure.
