No Alt+P, LCPDFR won't start

Hi, I have installed LCPDFR 1.0 manually, it all went well and I checked all the files, but when I want to start LCPDFR in game it doesn't word. I reinstalled GTA IV from Steam, removed all (car) mods and scripts, but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me out?
