LCPD:FR 1.0 "Error in script LCPDFR_Loader.Loader!"

Hello, I have installed 1.0 using the automatic installer. As soon as the game loads, before the "Load Successful" message can disappear, I get "Error in script LCPDFR_Loader.Loader!". Then that immediately disappears and gives way to "LCPDFR has encountered a critical error while initializing and was shut down. Please check the log file." So, Here are my log files:

Just so you know, I have no modded peds, my GTA IV root folder is NOT set to "Read Only", I run it as administrator, I installed everything the installer told me to (.NET 4.5, C++ Redistributable), and encountered no issues during the installation itself. Thanks!
