Well when I start the game with 1.0 it says that there is an error and to check the logs and idk what they mean, but in game I can't do anything with lcpdfr.

Yes of course, and yes I am, latest patch for EFLC, and just a car mod and some other small mods like indicator and ELS, and Windows 8.  I'll install those though and see if it helps
