And what's your issue? The logs look fine, you seem to got a normal GTA CTD where we have no influence on.

just says Loader.Loader error and im unable to start lcpdfr ive tried pressing P, Alt+p ect and nothin happens

Hm really weird issue, not sure what causes this. Only advice I can give you is reinstall everything.

i have that error was created on a fresh install 

No idea sir, you can try reinstalling .NET Framework 4.5 and see if that helps. I'm afraid, I have not yet seen anything like this before.

im on windows 8 so build into operating system and its working fine 

 

ive included a dependency walker (incase its needed)

Any chance you put "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" in the root folder (where IV/EFLC.exe is) by mistake? It must only be in the /scripts/ subfolder.

I am having the same issue and troubleshooting it. What hardware do you use? And did you check the eventviewer?

Do you use ENB or ELS? Could you check your C++ redistributables and list which one is installed?

So does it work now with the DLL removed from root?

ive removed all els and it worked but if i put els in it crashes 

We can't do anything about ELS.
