Hey and welcome to the fora! Watch this video ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) by Break to solve your issue. If that doesn't solve your issue however, make you uncheck the tazer option in the LCPDFR automatic installer.

Still Shows The Same Error

Do you have a legal copy of the game?

Can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV folder?

If it is for this download which I am thinking it is (LCPD First Response 0.95 RC2-R2) when you get to where it ask you to log in to link your LCPDFR account, don't type nothing just hit next and it will install all the way and you will be able to play and have everything yet you can do as if you where logged in and link to you LCPDFR account here

Thanks but one thing i forgot to add in there was I play GTA 4 Modded out and scripted to god know what that I have to "Right Click" and run as ADMIN. So do what I said and then if it throws an error close out of it and then do the right click and run it as "admin" I have to do that with mine to get it to work ever time I want to play GTA 4

You will have to wait until the Crime Stats system is up again and after that reinstall LCPDFR.
