So to break it down, I don't know how to install modded cars to replace original.

But, is it the same as putting in a modded police car for the original police car?

Say I want to put in a bus, I downloaded the modded bus and went on and installed it into the SparkIV Bus file. Will that work? Is that how it should be done? Just like how we install modded police cars?

So yeah, just take the bus.wtd and bus.wft files you downloaded and, with Spark, plop them into GTA's vehicles.img.

And if I install a player perhaps like a Noose Swat man, and I start up LCPDFR, would the game crash because the game loads the original Noose Swat?

And for the car, I must rename the downloaded file to the car file in sparkiv in order for it to install correct?

Replacing a ped with a new ped will not cause the game to crash in the way you mention it.

Rename the downloaded file to whatever you want it to be (bus, nstockade, whatever).

Oh okay. And I can download any mod correct? Any car mod or ped mod? I don't need to worry on which one I choose?

Edit: And most mods i see has like v1.0 or v1.0.6.0. Does that matter since i run 1.0.7.0?

The version is the version of the car, not the version required for GTA.

You shouldn't have to worry what you choose. Just do not replace a car if it is saved at a safe house. You will get an SMPA60 error.

Btw, I want to download the dark tactical noose uniform from here, and i got the files, but once I opened up SparkIV, and went to swat, it had 3 files containing m_y_swat.wtd, m_y_swat.wdd, and last is m_y_swat.wft.

The files that i have downloaded is m_y_swat.wtd and m_y_swat_p.wtd.

If you notice both are .wtd files...

The file names are different. Use them all.
