I just happened to come across that same video last night.  It's quite amazing to look at, ants are pretty decent architects.  I saw a Discovery channel show one day about making a concrete cast of one of the largest ant hills known.  It was over 50 feet wide by 10-20 feet deep.  Quite interesting.
