Is there a mod where you are able to use signal lights/turning signals? Its kind of annoying AI cars can uses them but you can't.

As far as I know no one has figured out how to activate the turn signals yet, if they have they have kept it very quiet.

I know els has the 4-way hazard lights, so I wonder if they could make turn signals from that?

They are most likely called through the native SET_VEH_HAZARDLIGHTS, there is also SET_VEH_INDICATORLIGHTS but noone has figured out how to get it to do left and right it just does the same as SET_VEH_HAZARDLIGHTS.

As much as we would all love to see indicator lights it probably won't happen any time soon, if at all, for the reasons Sniper posted. So no, there are no mods which would enable you to use them.
