Everythime I launch my game it goes to this....  Then doesn't start?

Commandline with "-windowd"? Or try re-installing, mayby deleting all mods? Actually i have no frappin' idea.

 

EDIT: Well, i have no idea... Sorry bro. Steam or Disc? Pirated copy?

Fresh installed..

Nope was like that before. Like I just installed. played for 10 mins and then put the files In. It opened the window the first time but still opened the game after .Now just the window.

Whaat? I have no idea what you are talkin' about, it's problably my IQ is at 76 (TBOGT refrence) and my english isn't the best.

fix your grapichs panel or delete the name "windowed"  or similar in your commandline.txt  (if you have)..
