Multiplayer Lobby Issues!

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I'm having some trouble in the Multiplayer lobby.

After starting multiplayer free mode via phone or invite, when I get to the lobby after a sec. of loading it'll show me the entire city and buildings.

When I press any button it takes me back to Single Player... I can't seem to figure out why this happens. It happens a couple of times before I can join a Multiplayer game.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I do get the some Problems as you have, But over the year I only had that kind of problem 3 or 4 times, and I think It's the internet connection.

-What's You internet connection like?

-Have you uninstalled GFWL?

-Have you got any mods and scripts installed?

-Is your game up to date with patches and scripted hook, '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

I would say it looks like a connection problem, this is usually the case with me. I've been in several communities and ran a few and the best solution I've ever found that solves most connection issues is disabling your windows 'firewalls' completely. Meaning your public, private, and domain one. You can do this my searching firewall in your start menu and look for advance firewall something or another :p. Then on the first page, under the first box is a green arrow, click it and change the firewall states.

I would also say run the diagnostics tool like Empire3010 suggested, just in case.

Thank you for the replies!

Yes it does happen 95% of the time I start up multiplayer.

Internet connection is around ~30-35 mbps down.

I've did a factory reset on my PC installed windows and everything again.

Yes I have mods installed.

Game is up to date running 1.0.7.

I will give the diagnostic tool a try!
