Very quick question, where do I install the sirens into my GTA IV folder?

 

 

I downloaded this police car (

Use sparkiv and go to the audio Sfx > resident.rpf > then click on RESIDENT on the left panel list, then just hit the import button and select the new HORNS.ivaud

 

Hit save, close that window, save on window underneath it, then close everything, then get into game.

I would recommend using OpenIV instead, but it's up to you OP.
