Website is still active/online, currently migrating and fixing a few issues with the server.  The site should be back up and operating normally by sometime over the weekend.

Coming this weekend, MAJOR UPDATE. This is the first extreme make over since the 2014 launch. Very excited for a fresh new look and hope you all are as well. Always thankful for all the community members who support the project and continue to utilize the system even after approximately six (6) years.

I will also be posting on the LSPDFR thread for the MDT as it is still in development and coming soon.

More importantly, wish you all a healthy spring/summer and to everyones families.  Although, times may be tough, stay focused and stay positive. Take care.

This is still an active thing :0

while people still join and use it (reason why I am thankful, surprised myself of the continued interest and new users), I will still make an effort to keep it relevant and updated. It unfortunately, does not take much priority and will likely be replaced with the new system I am working on because it will support both GTA IV, V, and any other first responder roleplaying game but all depends on work and real life which at the moment we all know is a bit stressful.

Estimated launch of application will be at approximately 1800 HOURS EST (6PM EST, TUESDAY 4/7). At this time, we are not anticipating any further delays. There will be a temporary outage of Friends Lists and three (3) new features for social interaction (reporting, blockings, and adding a friend). Friends list will be reset on the system as well and be recategorized to Following/Followers. The importance of providing additional safety nets for our community users is a priority and something that was lacking in the previous version of the application. We wish to take the time to make sure those steps are in place before reopening to the public.

Looks great!  Cant' wait for the LSPDFR version.  Has this version already been started as well?  I'm assuming it would be similar in function?

thanks glad you like the upgrades and new functionality of the system.

The next platform has been in development and is close to a closed beta. As I have mentioned in many of my posts, besides real life commitments and curve balls. I admit that a huge slowdown of development is of my own doing. I put too much thought and time into things not to be satisfied and although to most it will be above and beyond to me it is not good enough and that is where my struggle is. I have come to terms that although I want to release something completely built soup to nuts... many community members would be okay with it being released in stages.

The new system does have a topic in the LSPDFR forums:

This current layout is very similar to the new platform, however, it is a completely different animal in itself.

In a nut shell, the new platform is built from scratch utilizing none of the same code or database structure.  It is a long term supported scalable solution being able to provide the average role-player to the more advanced and professional role-player/communities a place to role-play as a first responder in all fields (Police, Fire, EMS, and Emergency Dispatching).

Furthermore it is not only built to support LCPDFR and LSPDFR but any other roleplaying game from any device or system.

Lastly, the new platform will give individuals/communities an opportunity to lease a community suite from us. Many people/communities have reached out asking for custom cad systems this is going to bridge that gap without the high cost of a fully built solution that I offer. Some have laughed because they thought I was kidding when I told them the cost.

The new platform will completely replace the existing one even though I spent a good amount of time making it better for all of you recently.

Wow, this project sounds epic to say the least. Totally understandable that life gets in the way, especially with a pandemic raging on.
What I loved about your LCPDFR version was the realism it added to my single player experience. I’ve never been one to join a role play clan or anything because I often don’t get much time to play or it’s at odd hours.  I don’t have GTA IV installed anymore, but just playing around with the newest release looks very promising. I’m a big fan of the possibility of having a mdt system like yours that, on a single player level, alerts you to a random location for a random crime/situation and then allow us to role play from there as we wish.
I get that some people would say that this idea takes away from the “fun” of LSPDFR, but I disagree totally. I want to be able to be able to immerse myself as deeply into the world of law enforcement as much as possible for the simple fact that I will never be able to do this IRL. So to me, the initial dispatching, reporting on scene, updating dispatch with progress, looking up information from a system, and writing up reports or citations or vehicle impound forms makes this game so much better.  I still sometimes use Paperwork Plus that was released long ago but has since been abandoned.
With your system, offline play is an option, correct?  Also, if arresting someone and filing paperwork, etc, will that criminal record be updated on a main database so that when another player comes across that individual, they would be able to see my report?

Wow, this was a long reply!  I just wanted to send you a message of support for all your hard work over the years. Who cares if it’s taken this long! It sounds great from what I’m reading and really what I believe many in the community are excited to see.  Like you said, releasing a project initially and then adding to it as time goes on is awesome.
If you’re ever interested in a beta-tester, please do let me know.
Good luck on the rest of the project and I’m eager to see something released soon!
