so doens anyone know how to get the lspd buffalo? because its the only car missing in my police car collection.

i have been told that it spawns at the busstation at night, others told me it spawned during day time. well i have been parked at the busstation for 24 hours and a lot of cars drove by but no police buffalo!

can someone plz give me some hints? 

 

 

You have to keep driving around and then coming back. I just loop around the block and come back. Eventually it'll spawn there.

• Spawns rarely at the train station under the Olympic Freeway on Strawberry Avenue between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM. At the same location the Police Bike, Police Transporter and the Unmarked Cruiser can also be obtained.
• Rarely spawns on the east side of Legion Square. Usually an Interceptor.

okey cool! but is am day or night? (where i live we dont have am and pm)

12:00 AM is midnight, 4:am is early morning. 

The only time I've seen it spawn, is near the police station in Mission Row.
