So when I install iCEnhancer 2.1 my GTA IV keeps loading, like after I select play from the main menu you see the loading screen that goes on and on. I don't know if it has to do with my PC specs or something, I tried installing only iCEnhancer without other mods but still keeps loading continuously. My specs are GTX 675M GPU, i7-3610QM CPU, 12GB RAM.

    Are you using a laptop? Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Did you load a savegame where you just recently removed all the mods? Running the latest patch? Using any commandlines?

    Yeah I'm on a laptop. Yeah it's a legal copy. Yeah running the game as admin. What do you mean? Yeah running latest patch of GTA IV and iCEnhancer. Yes, using the -norestritctions command line.

    You said you had removed some mods, to only have ICE left, correct? Maybe the save-file didn't like that part. Try moving it to another directory temporarily (or delete it) and try to start the game again.

    Still doesen't works but I think I know what the problem is. When I run GTA IV without iCEnhancer my laptop uses my GTX 675M. For some reason, when iCENhancer is installed, my laptop uses my Intel HD Graphics 4000. I think that may be why it's not loading.
