Google Maps Gps

Featured Replies

I've been working on a Google Maps GPS but I cannot get the map coordinates to equate to in-game coordinates. E.g. coordinate [1.0, 1.0] in-game is NOT the same as [1,0, 1.0] on the Google map. Is there something I have to do for the coordinates to display properly?

Are you talking about XYZ coordinates or something?

you have to do math, thats how I had to do it for my map, but the problem is it's not exact math and you need to fine tune it for small bocks of co-ords.

What do you mean by "fine-tune for small blocks of coordinates?" I know how to make a mathematical function from a series of coordinates so they are properly 'scaled'. Are there any code examples that show a scenario where this is done? Much appreciated.
