Hello,

i wrote it also in the german forum, but I didn't get an answer there, so I ask here. I have copied my GTA IV Folder a few times now, because I want to make different "versions". With the first I play the normal sotry if I want to, with the second I play LCPD in american style and with the third one I want to play it in german style, because I'm from Germany.

What I already did:

 - New cars (Police, Firetruck, Ambulance and Trash)

 - New Uniforms

 - ALDI Mod (german discounter)

 - McDonald's mod

 - german siren

 

Now, what can I also change? I'd like to have streets looking more like in Germany. So, more dark and only a white stripe in the middle of the street. I would be greatful for every idea.

Hm, well you could try and get some edited street textures, though I'm not sure anyone has made any for German streets.

Change them yourself.

 

Grab OPEN IV, extract all the map imgs to a folder, edit the road textures in photoshop then import them all in one go. Also edit the gtxd imgs because they have road textures in them also.

Ok, I will try that wht Double Doppler said. It would be maybe very difficult to make them looking detailed and realistic, but I'll try my best.
