Don't take offence to this but, i'm guessing you installed the game, forgot the patch, LOADED your game with mods, Police vehicles, ELS V7, ENB Series AND your running off a laptop, my opinion, not a good idea, you will just burn it out, now the reason your having so many issues is because you are not looking around the forums or google to see what your problem is with your game, instead, you install everything expecting it to work, unfortunately modding is like clock work, everything has to be done right or things go wrong and it is very frustrating until you get the hang of it, which will take awhile now, to your problem. you need Patch 7 which is required for mods to work.
