The Q siren currently is not able to be implemented unless you use a standard wail tone. As for that, I'm pretty sure someone has released one, as it is a pretty popular siren.

if you talking about the police siren yea i have it but i dont like the hi-lo it got i whan to know if there is one wit the fire truck siren
