I'd added +livery, and changed the 1 to a 0, and my SNT version is 6.5.

1. Open up the trainer.ini

2. Find the line VehicleLivery=1 //Trainer mapped Livery
3. and change the 1 into a 0

I did that and it does not work. I also tried 9 but didn't work. And my mod supports 4 liveries.

EDIT: and when  got to set livery it shows -1 and I do have liverys

Maybe try using this tahoe instead? (http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/liberty-city-police-department-pack---charger-f18746). I don't have GTA IV available at the moment, so I can't try that model atm.
