I have recently re-installed GTA IV and I need help on choosing which cars to install. I have Metropolitan Police, Liberty City Police and New York City Police.

I will also consider downloading any other packs that are suggested.

Have you considered making a Police Scotland Vehicle Pack with all vehicles that the force uses?

I would say get a Chevy Tahoe, dodge charger, and a cvpi.
