Hey guys I started using ELS again and I'm using ELS cars. I installed the Traffic Flow Mod. The problem is when I start a car chase the car doesn't speed off but drives slow like it's not being chased. 

 

The mods I have installed.

1.LCPDFR

2.VDH Helper

3. ELS

4. Traffic Flow

Does it work normally without TrafficFlow?

I'll just get a bunch of taxis and it does work fine without traffic flow. 

That's not supposed to happen... And you are using this version? (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/getdownload/3770-traffic-flow/).

Ah nuts. What are your computer specs? And are you trying to pull a vehicle over spawned by the VDH?

I'm not trying to pull over cars spawned by VDH. They are just random cars. I have a cyberpower pc. 

That does not tell me anything. Post your system specifications here. If you need help with that, just ask :)

Could you run dxdiag and upload the text file here? 

 

1. Press WindowsKey+R

2. Type dxdiag

3. Save all information in a text file.
