How do you find the police car again?

Have you guys seen the police cruiser with the weird light bar? Instead of the regular light bar it's like it has the police cruiser light bar and then under the lightbar it's a clear light bar that lights up. I saw it when Amanda called asking for help.

I'm not trying to pull over cars spawned by VDH. They are just random cars. I have a cyberpower pc.

I'm using that version.

I'll just get a bunch of taxis and it does work fine without traffic flow.

Hey guys I started using ELS again and I'm using ELS cars. I installed the Traffic Flow Mod. The problem is when I start a car chase the car doesn't speed off but drives slow like it's not being chased. The mods I have installed. 1.LCPDFR 2.VDH Helper 3. ELS 4. Traffic Flow

Hey guys I got a question about playing GTA 4 online using LCPDFR. If I started my own server and someone joined while I was using LCPDFR could my account get banned for using mods online? If I joined a random game online could I get banned for using LCPDFR online? I bought gta 4 through steam! Sorry for the stupid question.
