Help With intaslation

I have down loaded it but it whas an error installing. My folder is under down loads and lcpdfr but no GTA IV? i did diognostic and it says it can not find GTA IV but the Lcpdfr is there. 

my error:

Have you bought the GTA IV via Steam or somewhere else?
