Not one thing has been said for the PC, let alone the spec requirements. Please don't make Harper come in here and say his old mighty fine GTA V speech. 

 

If you are asking about the Consoles, (Which I highly doubt)  you need like 8.5gb free of space and thats it.

 

Oh and If you have any more questions regarding Gta V and the Pc port possibility. Consult one of the 124325341515 thousand threads in the GTA V forum sub section.
