LCDPFR wouldn't load up

Hey, i used to have lcpdfr working when i first got GTA  but i had to reboot my computer at one stage, since then ive tried to install it again and looked at the other posts here on the support bit and done what it said (i looked at the common post aswell and done what it said). Ive unticked the taser when im installing LCPDFR and it always says that the installation is successful but when i load up and press left Alt + P, nothing happens. 

 

I've literally tried everything but dont see why its not working after a system reboot that i did a while back, as it used to work perfectly fine. All help is appreciated, thanks :)

i bought  it from the gamestop app 

Okay.. It's probably not an issue, but I would recommend that you reinstall GTA IV in the correct folder.

and it was working fine 

did that last night and that's the folder it goes too 


and it still wouldn't work
