I use ELS v7 and I don't like having my siren button as H.  I have a mouse with a Mouse Button 4 on it and I reset GTA IV horn to that but I wanna know if I can set that in the els.ini.  Also if you can make certain cars ELS-H because I have a car that should be like that but I can't change it.  Thanks!

Read the ELS v7 Manual that comes with the modification and it will tell you how to setup Vehicle Configuration Files for the each vehicle model.

Keyboard key codes:

 

Mouse Button 3 (Middle Mouse Button) = 4

Pause key = 19

 

My Mouse Button 4 is set to Pause key which means, every time I press the Mouse Button 4 it will respond as the Pause key. I changed the Mouse Button 4 with the mouse editor software which comes with the mouse. I do not know if your mouse has that kind of software, maybe you can google it and see if there's one for the download.
