Error installing 0.95 First Response

When ever I run the installer it uses winrar to unzip the file, then askes to run the Mergedinstaller, when I click yes, It comes up with a message saying

 

 

G17 setup System has stopped working:

Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.

-> Check Online for solution and close the program

->Close the program

Try running the installer as admin (Right click > Run As Administrator)
