Need some ENB Support

Well I am trying to run ENB I downloaded from this website for EFLC I have a problem though,

 

when I try to run the game the world doesn't load, only certain stuff such as random street poles, subways etc I can't see roads or anything I am stumped on what to do

Please post a list of computer specs and a g17 media iv diagnostics tool log (found here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>). 

The error you are experiencing is a memory leak, most commonly caused by a computer that runs out of video memory (TLDR; Your computer is to weak).

Try the one for the higher texture quality.

got it to work with this command

-norestrictions -nomemrestrict -refreshrate 60 -availablevidmem 12.0 -percentagevidmem 100 -novblank -framelimit 0 -noprecache

 

Anybody know a perfect setting for enb though?

I feel like the day time is sooooooooooo bright and when I have it off I cant see shit because its so dark hahaha
