Backup Police Cars lights not flashing on ELS cars?

Hi all,

Just got LCPDFR this week - great mod - well done guys.

Have put a couple of ELS enabled cop cars into the game - however when I call them in for a backup pursuit, their lights don't flash (maybe one or 2 lights get stuck on, but don't flash), their sirens work fine.

This is more of an ELS issue - but wondering whether anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it?

This issue is happening for me, and I haven't modified/anything, it's just the way cops are called in LCPD:FR.

Hey ZiggyJJ, unfortunately one of the main drawbacks of ELS is this issue which you have stated. It is totally impossible for me or any of our developers to make ELS lights flash on cars dispatched by the AI. My best suggestion would be to use non-ELS vehicles for your police.wft and police2.wft and an ELS vehicle for say noose.wft for your own usage. This enables you to use ELS on the NOOSE car and still have modded cars with flashing lights on them (albeit the default IV ones).

Hey ZiggyJJ,

This was like Sam said a major drawback of ELS. But now Lt.Caine has released ELS V5 and has Multiple vehicle and AI(Computer)support. Also Sam has a ELS fix for LCPDFR that helps along with ELS V5. Hope this helps.
